Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Quintel and describe the responsibilities that apply to customers, authorized users, and Quintel.
1. Access and accounts
Access to Quintel is limited to users authorized by the organization that holds the account. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and promptly notify Quintel of suspected or confirmed unauthorized access.
A signed customer agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Permitted use
Customers and users may use Quintel only for lawful business purposes. They may not bypass access controls or usage limits; disrupt or interfere with the service; introduce malware; scrape the service; impersonate another person or organization; use the service for unlawful communications or unlawful data use; or remove source, attribution, or provenance information.
People remain responsible for reviewing information and making consequential business, credit, underwriting, and compliance decisions.
3. Customer content
The customer retains ownership of content it submits to Quintel. The customer grants Quintel a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content as necessary to operate, support, and secure the service.
The customer represents and warrants that it has all rights, permissions, and approvals required to provide and use that content with the service.
4. Public and third-party data
Public records and information from third-party services may be incomplete, delayed, changed, or unavailable. Customers must verify material facts before relying on them, and separate terms from third-party services may apply.
5. Fees and plan limits
A signed order or the applicable account terms control fees, seats, allowances, and usage limits. Fees already incurred are non-refundable unless the signed agreement states otherwise.
6. Service changes
Quintel may change or discontinue features or data sources and will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially disrupting contracted use. Quintel does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Intellectual property
Quintel and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, design, and documentation. The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during its account term.
Quintel may use feedback without restriction or payment and will not identify the source of feedback without permission.
8. Suspension and termination
Quintel may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, non-payment, legal compliance, or a breach of these Terms. Each party's termination rights remain subject to its signed agreement.
Provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination will survive.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided as available to the extent allowed by law. Quintel does not guarantee lead volume, funding, accuracy, revenue, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Quintel does not provide legal, tax, investment, credit, or underwriting advice through the service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Quintel excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages and for lost profits, revenue, or data. Any applicable monetary liability cap comes from the signed agreement; these Terms do not create a separate monetary cap.
11. Changes and contact
Quintel will post revised Terms with a new last-updated date and will provide notice of material changes where required. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
